Blue Jeans Federal was founded in March 2023 by Chris Barr, a seasoned executive with 33+ years of experience in the Federal IT industry and a simple thesis: small businesses need help with growth. Most small businesses are delivery-focused and outstanding at providing their technical solutions and services to the Government. But growth is hard, complex, frustrating, and a completely different discipline to delivery. 

Blue Jeans Federal was built to help small businesses meet their growth challenges: winning new contracts; managing the growth function longitudinally across the lifecycle; and differentiating themselves in an increasingly competitive market. Chris’ vision takes growth consulting one step further. With Blue Jeans Federal, not only do growth focused businesses get a trusted partner to support their growth needs, but they get a consulting firm that is incredibly easy to work with.
